Group Intelligence may collect information when you register for a Group Intelligence services or account (i.e. user group registration, Business Partner Resource Zone, etc.) and/or when you visit the Site. Group Intelligence may also receive information from our business partners which is posted on Group Intelligence's site(s).

• When you register with the Site, we ask for your email address and password and/or other relevant information. Once you register with Group Intelligence and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• Group Intelligence places a cookie in your browser and also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from such browser cookie and the page you requested.
• We may share, sell or otherwise make available aggregate information to third parties, including our current partners. Aggregate information is simply generic information about Web site traffic, other Web site information, registration status, sales, saved searches, transactions and users' of information (e.g.; Forum posts) in the Web site and Group Intelligence services from which any and all personal or individually identifiable information has been removed.

When participants choose to sign up for our service, that's called opting-in. Group Intelligence is committed to permission-based, opt-in marketing - meaning, we only market to you if you say we can. When participants first opt-in, they provide some information to Group Intelligence, and later, through our communications with participants, we may offer them opportunities to obtain additional or enhanced services or products from Group Intelligence or selected third parties. We may request additional personal or other information in order to obtain these additional or enhanced services or products.
