- Troubleshooting problems using WebSphere Adapter for SAP just got easier! There's a new troubleshooting guide for the IBM Support Assistant Guided Troubleshooter. Get this new guide by installing or upgrading the latest release of the WebSphere Adapter for SAP product add-ons for IBM Support Assistant.
- The Database Connection Pool Analyzer for IBM WebSphere Application Server is now available for IBM Support Assistant. The tool employs a heuristic analysis engine to help you resolve problems related to Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) connection pools and find JDBC connection leaks.
