"GWC Registration Drive"
Official Rules

Drive Period and Eligibility:
The Global WebSphere Community (GWC) Registration Drive (the "Drive") is open to new GWC members only, which are NOT currently employed or contracted by IBM, are 13 years old or older at the time of entry and not currently registered as a member of the GWC. Void where prohibited by law. This Drive begins on March 1, 2007 and ends December 31, 2007.

Prize:
The 400th person to fully register and join the GWC Community website each month from March 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 will be eligible to win 3 IBM Press Books in appreciation for joining.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and no substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted. Taxes and/or custom duties on the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.

Notification:
The winner of the Books will be notified via email no later than 90 days after registering on the GWC website. The winner must agree via reply email to accept the Books within 30 days of receiving the first email notification. The reply email must include the winner's first name, last name, 3 preferred books from IBM Press, and shipping address. If the winner fails to respond to the notification email for a period of 30 days after the first notification email was sent, the offer will expire on the 31st day. Agreement to accept the Books grants Group Intelligence, Inc. the right to use and publish the winner's name in connection with the Drive. The winner reserves the right to deny acceptance of this prize at any time. Shipment of the Books will occur no more than 90 days after receiving shipping information from the monthly winner. Group Intelligence Inc. may announce the winner of each month's Drive on www.websphere.org, and/or in the Global WebSphere Community Newsletter (monthly publication).

General Conditions:
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the GWC and Group Intelligence, Inc., which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Drive. By sending a reply email to Group Intelligence, Inc. including your name and shipping address you agree to accept the Books. Participants release and hold harmless Group Intelligence, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Drive or any prize won.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. In the event of a dispute, the laws of the State of New York govern the interpretation of these official rules.
